hi Daniel, to know the current value of Trellises, first of all u must differentiate the value of Market price psf and the value of bank. Anyway, if u r interested to know it, i can help u to find out both. Means that what is the maximum value the bank can accept, together with what is the seller there intend to sell in what value.Anyway, i am KOH, is a real estate agent together with mortgage banker background.
